This role is ideally suited to someone who is keen to unlock the potential of this breathtaking and dramatic destination on the coast and to take the beautiful Lake Ferry Holiday Park to the next level.
The park’s picturesque setting offers sweeping views of the ocean and direct access to recreational activities in Wairarapa Moana.
South Wairarapa District Council owns the land that the park is set on and it has been under lease since the 1970s as a campground. The current lease is short term and we are keen to find a long term operator with the desire to accentuate the beauty of the park and its idyllic coastal landscape.
The Lake Ferry Holiday Park currently includes 40 tent sites with, six powered sites, five cabins and 80 semi permanent sites.
It is situated at 25 to 39 Lake Ferry Road, Lake Ferry.
This is a rare opportunity to manage an iconic holiday park on the South Wairarapa Coast.
